A family legacy
rooted in the land

Idle Acres began as a simple weekend escape — a patch of Pennsylvania woods where three generations learned to listen to the wind through the pines. What started as a single tent site has grown into a thoughtfully curated camping area, preserving the wild character of the land while offering every comfort a discerning outdoorsperson could want.

Nestled in Oliver Township, our property wraps around natural meadows and old-growth forest. We believe the best nights are the ones you don't rush — where the only alarm is the morning chorus of cardinals and the only agenda is whatever brings you peace.
